College IT Manager
Duties: He manages the college Information Technology Office to establish and maintain computer support, programming, hardware, software, servers, communication, databases, websites, and end-user support. He also helps develop faculty research support and initiatives as well as find alternative sources of funding for CAH Technology projects.
Computer Repair Technician
Duties: Desktop Support for Faculty & StaffSoftware maintenance and distribution for PC and Apple computersImage creation and deployment policies for PC and Apple computersSoftware distribution policies for all CAH computersDevelopment of new deployment techniques and solutions
Duties: Performs Initial setup of computer hardware and software. Trains users in the use of equipment, software, and systems.Tests and documents computer system applications Maintains all classrooms that are assigned to the College with current versions of software and utilities.
Web Applications Developer Assistant
Duties: Working in CAH web team, Mannong participates in developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting college web-based application including analysis, design, content, programming and integration of interactive web processes.
Duties: Coordinate, configure, develop, communicate, maintain and support client/server systems as well as research and special projects. Configures client/server software and provides additional client/server support for the college and act as backup Systems Administrator. Develop documentation, procedures, and demonstrations for projects.
Senior Client/Server Analyst
Duties: Administers and the CAH network and server Infrastructure. Manages accounts in Active Directory and implements Group Policy on CAH and NET Domain. Troubleshoots network and security issues until resolved. Maintains software updates and security patches for windows and Linux server environment. Monitors network for any issues such as loss of connectivity to the network. Scans network for security vulnerabilities. Setup and maintains projects on Linux servers. Updates and patches development software such as PHP MYSQL and PHPMYADMIN. Monitors department websites, if they are up and running.
